Services Follow through

Every inquiry in one place.

Most missed leads aren't a marketing problem: they're a follow-up problem. Inquiries scatter across email, voicemail, and DMs, and nobody owns the next step. I set up one shared pipeline so nothing sits unseen. Based in the Chicago area, working with clients across the United States.

A shared pipeline your team can actually keep running.

Often that starts with a CRM, simply a shared place to track contacts, inquiries, and next steps, connected to your website so new requests land there on their own.

  • CRM setup with the fields and stages you actually use. Not a bloated system nobody opens.
  • Website-to-CRM connections so new inquiries land in the pipeline automatically.
  • New-inquiry notifications so the right person knows right away.
  • Follow-up reminders so no thread depends on someone remembering.
  • Email templates and scheduling handoffs for the messages you send over and over.
  • Simple written instructions and a walkthrough so the system survives past our engagement.

A person stays in control of every customer message.

Reminders and drafts keep a person in control. Nothing contacts your customers automatically unless we've agreed on it, and I only build what can be supported reliably.

Reminders and notifications keep inquiries from sitting unseen. They support a timely response; they don't guarantee one. For suitable tasks, AI can summarize an inquiry, prepare a draft reply for your review, or find information in approved internal documents. A person stays in the loop, and any account access, automatic sending, or use of business information is agreed first.

Your accounts and data stay yours. We put ownership, access, and handoff terms in writing before work starts.

Sized to your business, built to be handed over.

  • We start with the inquiries you're already getting. No new software until the basics work.
  • Every connection is documented: what talks to what, and what happens when something breaks.
  • I build only what your team can keep running without me, then prove it in the walkthrough.
  • Ongoing support terms, if you want them, are agreed separately and in writing.

I don't invent integration capabilities or promise specific tools will talk to each other until I've checked. If something you want isn't practical, I'll tell you before, not after, we try.

Tell me what’s getting in the way.

You don’t need a finished brief. A few lines on what your business does, what’s getting in the way, and any timing that matters is plenty.
