Privacy notice Last updated October 1, 2026
How I handle what you share.
Vitale Signal is my independent consulting practice. This notice explains what information this website collects and what I do with it. Questions go to [email protected].
What I collect
If you use the contact form, that’s your name, email address, what your business does, what’s getting in the way, any timing you mention, and whether you asked for occasional updates. If you email me directly, it’s whatever your email contains.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. Google Analytics sets cookies and provides aggregated reports about site use. GA4 does not store IP addresses. No names, email addresses, phone numbers, business descriptions, or other personal details from the contact form are sent to Google. This site does not use Google Analytics for advertising.
You can opt out using Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
How I use it
To read and reply to your inquiry and to keep a record of our conversation. If you tick the box for updates, I’ll also send occasional emails about Vitale Signal. Every one of those includes an unsubscribe link. I don’t sell your information or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Where it’s stored
Contact form submissions are stored in Klaviyo, the email platform I use to manage inquiries and updates. Klaviyo processes the information on my behalf under its own security and privacy commitments. Emails you send me are stored by my email provider.
How long I keep it
As long as it’s useful for replying to you and keeping track of our work together. You can ask me to delete it at any time.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see what I have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can unsubscribe from updates using the link in any update email, or by asking me.
Changes
If this notice changes, I’ll update the date at the top of this page.
